Heida oder Pa\u00efen wird Savagnin im Wallis genannt. Der Cousin der Rebsorte Traminer hat seinen Ursprung in Norditalien. Im franz\u00f6sischen Jura hat sich Savagnin verbreitet, weil damit der \u00abvin jaune\u00bb gekeltert wird. Der kalkige Boden des Weinbergs Clos d\u2019Aspre bietet den Reben ideale Bedingungen um optimal zu reifen. Die Trauben bieten wenig Ertrag daf\u00fcr verleihen sie dem Wein seinen sortentypischen Geschmack, welcher sich mit dem altern noch verst\u00e4rkt.
