AOC Mont-sur-Rolle Grand Cru, Viognier doux.<\/h2>\n

This sweet Viognier is obtained in the same way the famous German eiswein is obtained. That is the grapes are pressed frozen to extract the sugar. (The ice is retained as sugar thaws faster than water). So you get a sweet juice (must) of a very high sugar content, as well as a bouquet with the nose of peaches and apricots typical of the Viognier, but confected.
\nIts natural high acidity makes it ideal in gastronomy with foie gras, strong cheeses and desserts. Or why not, as a still witness of a special moment such as a romantic t\u00eate-\u00e0-t\u00eate…<\/p>\n

To be served at a temperature of 9\/10\u00b0C
