“the Angels\u2019 Share” A blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, these Bordeaux grape varieties flourish against the walls of the estate, thus assuring full maturity for their grapes. This wine, influenced by St Emilion, is cask-matured for 2 years in Bordelaise style. Its structure makes it an excellent wine for laying-down, and in spite of its rarity, it is recommended to let it age another three to four years.
